Packaging components covered:

Colour gift box, outer shipping carton, OPP poly-bag, product labels, printing inks, packaging adhesives.

2. Applicable Regulation

This declaration is issued pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/2778 (PPWR) – Packaging and Packaging Waste.

3. Compliance Statement

All packaging materials applied to the above-listed products meet PPWR heavy‑metal requirements.

The sum of Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg) and Hexavalent Chromium (Cr⁶⁺) in packaging materials is ≤ 100 mg/kg.

Full technical documentation is maintained on-file, including material information, supplier compliance documents and accredited third-party test report (Report No.: PTC26092813602CN-EN0 & PTC26092813601CN-EN01).

Technical documentation will be retained for a minimum of 5 years and shall be available to competent authorities or customers upon request.
